Tropika Frozen Pineapple Mojitos
1 Cup Tropika Pineapple
1/2 Cup Fresh lime juice
1/3 Cup Fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
5 Cups Frozen pineapples
Paper umbrellas, for garnish
Lime rounds, for garnish
Step 1: Divide lime juice, and mint evenly between 4 glasses.
Step 2: Use the back of a wooden spoon to muddle mint with lime juice.
Step 3: Combine frozen pineapple and Tropika Pineapple into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 4: Pour into glasses, stir slightly, garnish with umbrella and lime round and serve.
